Hate Is A Virus
Hate is a Virus is a non-profit working to help educate and equip AAPI and allies to become agents of collective liberation. The org was founded in the middle of the COVID pandemic to support anti-discrimintation movements and has evolved since to reach a wider audience, leading them to understand how they can make an impact on the issues that matter, from becoming better-informed on their communities’ needs; to fighting for social change; to self-care & avoiding burnout.
Together we’ve created magazine-style content by combining illustration, mixed media graphics, and cultural commentary to drive home messages relating to Asian American social impact, current events, and self-care. Our work is posted regulary to the Hate is a Virus Instagram.
